This service suits venue operators who need a durable, level substrate that meets slip and cleaning expectations for hospitality environments.
Preparation includes staged diamond grinding, degreasing, and appropriate crack repair prior to the overlay pour. Typical pour thicknesses range from 1/8" to 1" per pass and estimates specify the overlay product, coverage per bag, and cure and walk-on windows. High traffic hospitality areas often require slip-resistant finish options or subsequent protective coatings; those requirements are listed in the estimate. For venue projects, scheduling during off-season or between events is recommended and noted in the scope.
Overlays correct surface flatness and minor depressions but are not designed to address structural slab movement or undermined subgrades. The handover includes a flatness verification and documented readiness for the intended finish, plus any recommendations for slip-resistant topcoats where required by venue operations.
